Polaris All Terrain Vehicles

Why the competition hates our guts.

Made in the U.S.A. - Every Polaris is born and bred right here in the U.S. Don't fall for other machines that have the majority of their parts made overseas and just assemble them here. It's not the same.

Electric Start - Polaris makes getting going as easy as turning a key and pushing a button. It also comes with convenient recoil back-up.

Full Floorboards - Unlike skimpy footpegs, floorboards completely cover the gap between front and rear fenders. It cuts down on the chances of your foot slipping under the rear tire. Not to mention protecting you from nasty smacks from rocks and other debris coming up underneath. Plus, without having to  balance on pegs, you can concentrate more on riding.

Automatic Polaris Variable Transmission (PVT) - Quite simply, it means no shifting. Just thumb the throttle and go. You'll always be in the right gear no matter what terrain you're riding.

E-Z Shift - The E-Z Shift lever is simple to use and operate. You'll find it on all Polaris ATV's. With forward (some with hi/lo) and reverse gear to choose from.

Durable Finish - Considering what most people take their ATV's through, we give them the ultimate in finishes. The frame, suspension and metal parts are protected with an anti-corrosion E-Coat, four times superior to conventional finish methods. Next they get a powder-coat finish that gives them superior abrasion protection. (However, it still looks best covered in mud.)

Single-Lever Hydraulic Disc Brakes - Even the most die-hard rider has to stop sometime. We made it safe and simple as possible. Solid hydraulics, front and rear, respond quickly, all controlled by a single-lever brake.

Front MacPherson Struts - MacPherson struts started out taking the punishment of race cars. We've adapted them to our ATV's giving you a smoother ride with added durability. They also give you a 6.25" of travel (7.5" on Scramblers).

True 4 Wheel Drive - Our competition uses limited slip front differentials. This means they can't transfer full torque to all four wheels. We call them 3 1/2 wheel drive. All Polaris 4x4 models feature On Demand Four Wheel Drive, a true no slip 4 wheel drive. All wheels pull with full torque all the time, with the steering ease of full differential action. And if you don't want 4 wheel drive, just push the button to disengage. Or push it again to engage.

Play By The Rules - . Polaris ATV's may not be ridden by anyone under 18 years of age, and all riders should take a safety course. for safety and training information, call Polaris at 1-800-342-3764. ATV's can be hazardous to operate . For your safety always wear a helmet, eye protection, protective clothing and never carry passengers.
